Estimate your body fat percentage with the Relative Fat Mass (RFM) method, using only your height and waist.
Relative Fat Mass was developed at Cedars-Sinai (Woolcott & Bergman, 2018). Men: 64 − 20 × (height ÷ waist). Women: 76 − 20 × (height ÷ waist). Measure your waist at the level of your belly button and use the same unit as your height. Categories follow the American Council on Exercise ranges.
